新时代专业图书馆人才队伍建设实践——以中国社会科学院图书馆为例

摘　　要：[目的/意义]随着信息化时代的到来,作为信息存储和传播中心的图书馆面临全新的机遇与挑战。本文以中国社会科学院图书馆为例,探索坚持党建引领、建强人才队伍的新实践,为新时代图书馆高质量发展提供路径和参考。[方法/过程]本文通过分析新时代背景下专业图书馆人才队伍建设的新要求,归纳梳理了充分发挥党建引领作用、打造高素质人才队伍的思想基础,总结了建设图书馆专业人才队伍的主要做法及取得的成效。[结果/结论]中国社会科学院图书馆坚持党建引领,以人才引进、培养、使用等为关键环节建立人才发展机制,形成了以高层次人才为引领、业务骨干为支撑、青年人才为补充的科学合理、专业多元的人才梯队。[Purpose/significance]With the information age coming,the library as an information storage and dissemination center is facing new opportunities and challenges.Taking Chinese Academy of Social Sciences Library as an example,this paper explores the practice of adhering to the Party’s leadership and talents team construction,and provides references for the high-quality development of libraries in new era.[Method/process]On the basis of analyzing the new requirements of libraries for the construction of talent teams in new era,this paper introduces the ideological basis of adhering to the Party’s leadership and talents team construction,and summarizes the main practices and achievements of talents team construction.[Result/conclusion]Chinese Academy of Social Sciences Library,adhering to the Party’s leadership and focusing on talent introduction,cultivation and use,has formed a scientific,reasonable,professional and diverse talents team.
