摘　　要：[目的/意义]政府数据治理研究成为学界关注的热点,总结国内外研究的内容与进展,发现不足,为进一步开展相关研究提供参考。[方法/过程]采用内容分析法,全面梳理政府数据治理的概念内涵、框架模型、治理内容(政策法规、组织机构)以及政府数据治理面临的挑战等研究主题。[结果/结论]研究发现,政府数据治理研究中很多观点尚未形成共识,需要在概念内涵、治理领域、治理政策与组织、研究方法等方面进一步深化。[Purpose/significance]The research on government data governance has become a hot spot in academia.This article summarizes the content and progress of domestic and foreign research,finds deficiencies,and provides a reference for further related research.[Method/process]This article uses the content analysis method to comprehensively sort out research topics such as the conceptual connotation,framework model,governance content (policies,regulations,and organizations) of government data governance,and challenges faced by government data governance.[Result/conclusion]The research finds that many viewpoints in government data governance research have not yet formed a consensus,and need to be further deepened in terms of conceptual connotation,governance field,governance policy and organization,and research methods.
