摘　　要：新一代视频监控系统具有高清化、智能化、数字化的特点。新型视频数据类型多、结构繁杂,随着各种数据不断汇集,数据类型和体量越来越大,视频图像应用系统建设与公安实战需求不匹配的矛盾逐渐显现。视频数据库应以公安实战需求为目的,根据不同用途分级分类进行建设,保证算法和算力的先进性和开放性,以大数据智能应用为核心,进一步挖掘视频数据的价值,不断提高预测预警、精确打击和动态管理能力。The new generation of video monitoring system has the characteristics of high definition,intelligence and digitization.The new video data has many types and complex structures.With the continuous collection of various data,the data types and volume increase a lot,and the application system of video image does not match the real needs of public security.Video database should aim at the actual demand of public security;be built according to different uses and grades;ensure the advanced and open algorithm;take the intelligent application of big data as the core;further excavate the value of video data;and continuously improve the ability of forecasting,early warning,precise fighting and dynamic management.
