摘　　要：数字化管理与应用是“十四五”期间社会管理创新的主要体现,是党中央提出现代化社会治理的方向和着力点,也是新时代发挥信息技术进步为建立智能化管理体系的重要支撑。公安交通数字化管理创新应用是社会管理创新的具体举措和有效实践,通过分析当前公安交通管理信息化管理和应用的现状、探寻目前公安交通管理信息化管理和应用存在的问题、以数字化为目标进行公安交通管理创新应用与发展研究,前瞻性地建立未来公安交通管理数字化管理和应用场景,对于实现智能化交通管理体系和智慧警务建设具有重要的学术价值和实践意义。Digital management and application is the main embodiment of social management innovation during the“14th Five-Year”period and the direction and focus of modern social governance proposed by the central government.Also,it is an important support for the establishment of intelligent management system in the new era to play the progress of information technology.Innovative application for digital public security traffic management is a concrete measure for the innovation of social management and effective practice.By analyzing the status quo of public security traffic management information management and application,exploring the problems existing in the current public security traffic management information management and application,and taking digitization as the goal,this paper studies the innovative application and development of public security traffic management,to prospectively establish the digital management and application scenario of public security traffic management.It has important academic value and practical significance for intelligent traffic management and intelligent policing.
