摘　　要：2型糖尿病(T2DM)患者容易出现多种心血管并发症,如冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病、高血压、心力衰竭。导致T2DM患者并发心血管疾病的原因和机制错综复杂。有关的机制包括持续性高血糖、胰岛素抵抗、代谢紊乱、氧化应激、心肌纤维化、小血管病变和心脏自主神经病变。Patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM)trend toward the multiple cardiovascular complications like coronary atherosclerotic heart disease,hypertension,heart failure.The causes and mechanisms leading to cardiovascular disease in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus are complicated,which include persistent hyperglycemia,insulin resistance,metabolic disorders,oxidative stress,myocardial fibrosis,small vessel disease and cardiac autonomic neuropathy.
