摘  要:目的评估拼图(Jigsaw)教学法在前列腺靶向穿刺教学中的使用效果。方法选取2020年12月在北京协和医院参加前列腺穿刺培训班的泌尿外科专科医生30名作为研究对象。将其随机分为两组,各15名。对照组给予传统教学法,观察组实施Jigsaw教学法。教学结束后对两组学员进行理论与操作考核及教学满意度问卷调查。结果观察组的理论考核与操作考核成绩均显著高于对照组(P<0.05),问卷调查显示观察组参训医师各项教学满意度均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论Jigsaw教学法应用于前列腺靶向穿刺教学能够更好地调动学员的学习积极性,教学成果显著,值得在临床工作中推广。Objective To evaluate the effect of the Jigsaw method in training of prostate targeted biopsy.Methods Thirty urologists who participated in the prostate biopsy training course in Peking Union Medical College Hospital in December 2020 were selected as the objects of study.They were randomly divided into two groups.The control group was trained with traditional teaching method and the observation group was trained by a Jigsaw method.Both groups of members were tested by same standard on theory and operation skills and surveyed for their by satisfaction by questionnaires.Results The results of examination of theory and operation skill in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The questionnaire survey showed that the trainees in observation group were significantly more satisfied with the method than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions The Jigsaw method applied in the training of prostate targeted biopsy can stimulate trainees'learning enthusiasm and get remarkable learning outcomes so is worthy to be popularized.
