摘　　要：肺高血压(pulmonary hypertension,PH)是一个血流动力学概念,是指各种原因导致的肺动脉压力的升高。右心导管检查是诊断肺高血压的金标准,但由于其有创、有一定风险、费用高等原因,临床上不易普及。而超声心动图技术不仅可以估测肺动脉压力水平、发现高血压的间接征象、评估右心功能,还可以排除病因,协助诊断,并且具有简便、易操作、无创等优点。本文就超声心动图技术在评估肺高血压中的应用作一综述。Pulmonary hypertension(PH) is a hemodynamic concept that refers to the elevation of pulmonary artery pressure caused by various causes.Right heart catheterization is the gold standard for the diagnosis of pulmonary hypertension,but it is not easy to popularize in clinic because of its invasive,certain risks and high costs.Echocardiography can not only estimate the pulmonary artery pressure,discover the indirect signs of pulmonary hypertension,and evaluate the function of right heart,but also eliminate the causes of disease and assist in diagnosis.Echocardiography is simple,easy to operate,and non-invasive.This article reviews the application of echocardiography in the evaluation of pulmonary hypertension.
