摘　　要：基于西门子机电一体化概念设计NX MCD软件对系统进行虚拟调试,借用S7-1200控制器对其进行分拣仓储控制,其中涉及机电类建模,配置传送带、碰撞体、刚体、传感器、爪手、电机等模块,通过西门子WinCC仿真软件制作将经分拣处理过后的各类建设工程材料放置及取用于仓储货架中的逻辑处理控制,该软件仿真调试效果接近现实效果。A system is designed based on Siemens mechatronics concept,NX MCD software is used for virtual debugging,and S7-1200 controller is used for sorting and warehousing control.The system involves electromechanical modeling,configuration of conveyor belt,collision body,rigid body,sensor,claw hand,motor and other modules.Through Siemens WinCC simulation software,all kinds of construction engineering materials after sorting are placed and taken into storage shelves for logical processing control.The simulation debugging effect is close to the reality.
