摘 要:传统SWOT分析方法存在诸多不足,例如没有量化各类因素、各类因素之间没有明确量化关系指标、有明确的分析内容导向却没有明确直观的分析结果供决策参考。基于上述传统SWOT存在的问题,利用可拓学基元和关联函数等理论,对S、W、O、T等4类因素进行形式化、计算机化表示,使SWOT转换成“质化+量化”的智能分析决策方法,减少分析人员主观影响,同时提高分析效率和分析结果的说服力。The traditional SWOT analysis method has many shortcomings,including the lack of quantification of various factors,the lack of clear quantitative relationship indicators between various factors,and there is a clear analysis content orientation but no clear and intuitive analysis results for decision-making reference,etc.Based on the above problems of traditional SWOT,a new"qualitative+quantitative"analysis model"E-SWOT"is established by the theories such as extenics primitives and correlation functions,and the traditional SWOT analysis conclusions are refined from 4 cases to 8 cases.Through case analysis and comparison,the traditional SWOT analysis results are refined from 4 vague conclusions to 1 quantitative analysis result,which improves the persuasiveness of the analysis conclusions and improves the decision-making efficiency.
