高校家庭经济困难学生资助工作的现状研究--基于G市4所本科院校的调查

摘　　要：通过问卷调查,发现高校资助工作的现实情境为,在资助方式上,显现出精神帮扶与物质资助失衡的问题;在育人措施上,高校开展资助育人工作的力度亟需提高;在学生需求上,能力发展问题是学生面临的瓶颈问题;在资助成效上,学生对资助政策的了解程度和对资助工作的满意度有待提升。为此,需树立资助育人工作理念,构建发展型资助体系;搭建资助育人工作平台,丰富资助育人工作内涵;加强资助工作服务意识,提高资助工作成效。This study uses the questionnaire survey method to explore the realistic situation of university funding work.The major findings are as follows:Firstly,there is an imbalance between spiritual assistance and material assistance in the way of funding,in terms of educational measures,colleges and universities need to improve their efforts in supporting education.Secondly,from the perspective of students'development needs,the problem of ability development is the bottleneck faced by students.Thirdly,in terms of funding effectiveness,students'understanding of funding policies and students'satisfaction with university funding need to be further improved.The following measures should be taken:establishing the concept of financial aid and education and build a development-oriented financial aid system;building a platform for subsidized education and enrich the connotation of subsidized education;strengthening the service awareness of subsidy work and improve the effectiveness of subsidy work.
