摘 要:针对某冶炼厂148 kt/a锌冶炼系统原真空变压吸附制氧工艺流程中鼓风机风量大小靠调节阀门来调节风量,电能浪费大、调节实时性差、劳动强度高的问题,提出采用高压变频技术对其进行节能改造。改造方案选用“一拖二”的罗茨设备机组,并选用ACS580MV高压变频器对高压罗茨鼓风电机进行变频节电改造。改造后的控制方式,有效降低了设备的能源损耗,改善了电网运行环境,提高了生产效率,每年可节省约成本576.16万元,经济效益显著。In view of the problems existing in the original vacuum pressure swing adsorption oxygen production process flow of 148kt/a zinc smelting system in a smelter,such as air volume control of the blower by valve,large waste of electric energy,poor real-time control performance and high labor intensity,the technology of high voltage frequency conversion is put forward for upgrading of energy saving.The upgrading scheme selects"two-piece"Roots equipment unit.And ACS580MV high voltage frequency converter is selected in the high voltage Roots blower for the upgrading of frequency conversion and power saving.After upgrading,the control method can effectively reduces the energy consumption of equipment,improve the operation environment of power grid and production efficiency,by which the cost of RMB 5.7616 million yuan will be saved every year,showing remarkable economic benefits.
