摘 要:面临全球气候变化及住房问题,国家提出了碳达峰碳中和战略目标并出台了加快发展保障性租赁住房的政策。装配式建筑因其在减碳方面具有诸多优势,同时装配式建筑的便捷性可加快建设需求。本文提出了装配式保障性租赁住房的全生命周期理念,旨在减少碳排放,提供一个绿色节能的居住空间,助力我国实现“双碳”目标。Faced with global climate change and housing problems,the nation has put forward the strategic objectives of Carbon Peaking and Carbon Neutrality,and introduced policies to accelerate the development of affordable rental housing.Prefabricated buildings have many advantages in carbon reduction,and the convenience of prefabricated buildings can accelerate the construction demand.This paper puts forward the concept of whole life cycle of prefabricated affordable rental housing,aiming to reduce carbon emissions,provide a green and energy-saving living space,and help China achieve the goal of“Carbon Peaking and Carbon Neutrality”.
