摘 要:综述了关于CO_(2)腐蚀和CO_(2)/H_(2)S共存体系的腐蚀速率预测模型,阐述了各种模型的建模思路、考虑因素、局限性等方面。CO_(2)的预测模型经过不断改进,逐渐将流态、腐蚀产物膜、材质等复杂因素都纳入了计算模型,在半经验模型、经验模型和机理模型3种类型方面都有了比较成熟的理论成果。而对于H_(2)S/CO_(2)共存体系的预测模型,目前考虑的因素较少,建模方法以经验和半经验为主,一方面未与生产现场紧密结合,另一方面有待于将腐蚀机理更深入地应用于预测模型的研究。The corrosion rate prediction models about CO_(2)corrosion and CO_(2)/H_(2)S coexistence system were summarized, and the modeling ideas, factors considered, limitations of various models were expounded. CO_(2)corrosion prediction models were improved constantly. Flow state, corrosion product film, material and other complex factors were gradually contained in the calculation models. Some relatively mature theoretical achievements were obtained based on the semiempirical models, empirical models and mechanism models. However, less factors were contained in prediction models of CO_(2)/H_(2)S coexistence system at present, and the modeling methods were mainly established by empirical or semiempirical methods. On the one hand, the prediction models were not combined tightly with production on site. On the other hand, corrosion mechanism needed to be applied further to the study of prediction models.
