摘　　要：习近平关于实现人民共同富裕的方法论是习近平治国理政方法论的重要组成部分,其轴心是发挥中国特色社会主义制度优势,用唯物辩证法科学处理既要促进财富生产不断把“蛋糕”做大,又要公正合理分配不断做大的“蛋糕”之间的关系。处理好这一关系以实现共同富裕的方法体现于三个层面:一是在解决社会主要矛盾的过程中科学地把握平衡与不平衡的辩证关系,分阶段促进共同富裕;二是在宏观的社会财富结构层面上,以公有制为主体,贯彻新发展理念,把握公共财富与个人财富之间的辩证关系,通过共享发展奠定共同富裕的物质基础;三是在个人收入分配结构上,建立既能激励人们创造财富又能共享发展成果的充满活力的橄榄型社会收入结构。由此,依靠我国人民自身创造财富实现共同富裕。Xi Jinping’s methodology on common prosperity is an important part of Xi Jinping’s methodology of governance,the axis of which is to give full play to the advantages of the socialist system with Chinese characteristics and to scientifically deal with the relationship between promoting wealth production to constantly make the“cake”bigger and distributing this“cake”in a just and reasonable manner using materialistic dialectics.The way to deal with this relationship to achieve common prosperity is reflected in three levels:First,in the process of solving the main social contradictions,we should scientifically grasp the dialectical relationship between balance and imbalance,and promote common prosperity in stages;second,at the macro level of social wealth structure,with public ownership as the main body,we should implement the new development concept,grasp the dialectical relationship between public wealth and individual wealth,and lay the material foundation for common prosperity through shared development;third,in the structure of individual income distribution,we should establish a dynamic olive-shaped social income structure that can not only stimulate people to create wealth but also share the fruits of development.In this way,we can achieve common prosperity relying on the people themselves to create wealth.
