摘 要:由于预制桥梁管道传统压浆方式存在多种弊端,文章结合新建杭州至衢州高速铁路工程实例,拟对新建40 m预制简支箱梁采用真空压浆技术。通过分析预制桥梁管道压浆技术原理,讨论了真空压浆施工过程中的各项工序,最后提出了控制施工质量的相关措施。工程应用表明,采用真空压浆技术有效地保证了管道压浆的密实度,提高了桥梁整体的安全性及耐久性。Because there are many disadvantages in the traditional grouting method of prefabricated bridge pipelines,combined with the engineering example of newly-built Hangzhou-Quzhou high-speed railway,this paper intends to adopt vacuum grouting technology for newly-built 40 m prefabricated simply-supported box girder.By analyzing the technical principle of prefabricated bridges pipeline grouting,various procedures in the vacuum grouting construction process are discussed,and finally the relevant measures to control the construction quality are proposed.The engineering application shows that the vacuum grouting technology can effectively ensure the compactness of pipeline grouting and improve the overall safety and durability of the bridge.
