摘　　要：资料信息管理是工程管理的主要任务之一,它贯穿于工程项目的前期阶段、施工阶段和竣工验收阶段,资料信息管理的内容不仅包括工程资料(归档类信息)的管理,还包括非归档类信息的收集、整理。对于建设单位、施工单位、监理单位,信息管理的侧重点不尽相同,作为建设单位,除满足资料信息归档要求外,还应满足实用性要求,且不留存不必要的资料信息。文章从建设单位角度出发,通过梳理建筑工程资料信息分类思路,对建筑工程各阶段非归档类信息管理进行了深入研究,归纳出一套建筑工程资料信息分类方法,可为相关工作人员提供参考。Data information management is one of the main tasks of engineering management,which runs through the early stage,construction stage and completion acceptance stage of the project.The content of data information management includes not only the management of engineering data( archived information),but also the collection and organization of non-archived information.For construction units,construction units,and supervision units,the focus of information management is different.As construction units,in addition to meeting the filing requirements of data and information,they should also meet the practical requirements,and do not retain unnecessary data and information.From the perspective of construction units,this paper conducts an in-depth study on the non-archived information management at various stages of construction projects by combing the classification ideas of construction project information,and summarizes a set of classification methods of construction project information,which can provide references for relevant staff.
