摘 要:南方某水厂采用行车式虹吸排泥机和前端穿孔排泥管联合排泥,目前沉淀池进水端处配水花墙后约1.5 m的区域内积泥较为严重。对此,文章通过分析积泥成因,设计并安装了一套沉淀池前端排泥系统,最终解决了沉淀池进水端容易形成积泥死区的问题,不仅提升了排泥效果,还改善了沉淀池出水的水质。A water plant in south China uses a driving siphon sludge discharge machine and a front-end perforated sludge discharge pipe to discharge sludge.At present,the sludge accumulation in the area about 1.5 m behind the spray wall at the inlet end of the sedimentation tank is relatively serious.In this regard,by analyzing the causes of sludge accumulation,this paper designs and installs a set of sludge discharge system at the front end of the sedimentation tank,and ultimately solves the problem that the sludge accumulation dead zone is easily formed at the inlet end of the sedimentation tank,which not only improves the sludge discharge effect,but also improves the quality of the effluent from the sedimentation tank.
