多孔水泥基防火材料研究现状

摘  要:为了防范隧道火灾的发生和蔓延,多孔水泥基防火材料被应用于隧道防火涂层领域。本文综述了常规隧道防火材料多孔水泥基材料的研究现状与存在的问题,指出多孔水泥基材料作为隧道防火材料所具有的优势,并介绍了多孔水泥及材料的制备工艺与耐火特性。多孔水泥基材料的制备主要采用物理发泡法和化学发泡法,其中化学发泡法相对于物理发泡法具有明显的优势。相对于常规的隧道防火材料,多孔水泥基防火材料具有轻质、绿色、结合性能好、耐火特性优良的特点,是一种可以在隧道防火领域广泛应用的材料。In order to prevent the occurrence and spread of tunnel fire,the porous cement-based fireproof materials are applied in the field of tunnel fire retardant coating.This paper summarizes the research status and existing problems of porous cement-based materials as conventional tunnel fire prevention materials,and explains the advantages of porous cement-based materials as tunnel fire prevention materials.On this basis,the preparation technology and fire resistance features of porous cement-based materials are introduced.The preparation of porous cement-based materials mainly adopts physical foaming method and chemical foaming method,while the chemical foaming method has obvious advantages compared to the physical one.Compared with conventional tunnel fire prevention materials,porous cement-based fireproof materials have the characteristics of light weight,green,good bonding performance,excellent fire resistance,which can be widely used in the tunnel fire prevention field.
