摘　　要：在浙江共同富裕示范区建设中,某种兼具乡土国情转型和无差别城乡实验双重意义的新型村域聚落,可成为城乡一体化发展中乡村住居建设的潜在单元。本文尝试结合相关人文思考探索新型村域聚落在住居建设中的物境观念,并通过探讨规模圈层、公共空间和传统自发建造,为聚落的住居建设整理在群体布局、内部结构和民居建造等方面的思路。In the construction of the Zhejiang demonstration zone for common prosperity,a so-called Neo-Rural Settlement,which takes the advantage of both implementing the transition of Native China and experimenting the indiscriminate development between urban and rural,may became the possible unit for discussing the rural dwelling during the developing of urban-rural integration.This paper tries to match the concept of thing by combining humanistic thinking for settlement dwelling,and to summarize thoughts in settlement cluster layout,settlement inner structure and settlement dwelling construction,by discussing scale and circle,public space and local spontaneous construction.
