摘 要:轴承钢是合金钢中要求最高的钢种之一,其基本要求是纯净和组织均匀。文中通过对国内外轴承钢的研究现状进行阐述,主要介绍了夹杂物、碳化物、热处理工艺对轴承钢组织和性能的影响,重点说明了稀土金属在轴承钢中的作用,并分析预测稀土Y应用于轴承钢改善其性能的可能性。大量研究表明,通过在轴承钢中加入稀土,可以显著提高其钢材的力学性能和延长轴承钢疲劳寿命。最后,对高端轴承钢的研发和生产提出了新的思路,在轴承钢中加入重稀土元素Y和稀土轴承钢表面的纳米化处理技术,为制造高端轴承钢提供理论依据和技术支撑。研发高品质高性能轴承钢,提高产品质量,对促进我国特殊钢制造业科技进步具有重要的学术价值。Bearing steel is one of the most high-standard steels in alloy steel,with its basic properties being purity and uniform structure.In this paper,the research status of bearing steel at home and abroad is described.The effects of inclusions,carbides and heat treatment processes on the microstructure and properties of bearing steel are introduced.Notably,the influence of rare earth metals on bearing steel is emphasized,and the possibility of adding rare earth Y to improve the properties of bearing steel is analyzed and predicted.Many studies have shown that adding rare earth into bearing steel can significantly improve the mechanical properties of the steel and prolong the fatigue life of bearing steel.At the end of the paper,a new approach for the development and production of high-end bearing steel is proposed.By adding heavy rare earth element Y into bearing steel and by adopting surface nanoprocessing technology on rare earth bearing steel,high-end bearing steel can be developed,which provides a theoretical basis and technical support for future practice.By developing high-quality and high-performance bearing steel,the quality of products can be improved.Therefore,this study has important academic value as well as great economic and social significance in terms of facilitating the scientific and technological progress of the special steel manufacturing industry in China.
