摘 要:计算了镁热还原自蔓延高温合成(SHS)碳化钨粉的吉布斯自由能和绝热温度,并进行了实验验证,结果显示:镁热还原制备碳化钨粉在热力学上完全可行,体系的绝热温度为3625.5 K,自蔓延过程可以自发维持,但需要加入稀释剂减缓反应速度;碳酸钠、氯化钠和氧化镁都可以降低体系的绝热温度,其中碳酸钠降低体系绝热温度的效果最好;在加入量较少时,氧化镁的降温效果高于氯化钠,而在添加量增加到体系绝热温度低于2600 K时,氧化镁的降温效果低于氯化钠。验证实验结果显示,在Mg-WO_(3)-C体系下,通过自蔓延高温合成法可以制得单相碳化钨粉。In this paper,The Gibbs free energy and adiabatic temperature of Self-propagating High Temperature Synthesis(SHS)of WC powder by magnesium thermal reduction are calculated.The results show that the preparation of WC powder by magnesium thermal reduction is completely feasible in thermodynamics.The adiabatic temperature of the system is 3625.5 K,which is enough to maintain the self-propagating reaction and needs to add diluent to slow down the reaction speed.Sodium carbonate,sodium chloride and magnesium oxide can all reduce the adiabatic temperature of the system,of which sodium carbonate has the best effect of reducing the adiabatic temperature of the system;when the addition amount is small,the ability of magnesium oxide to reduce the adiabatic temperature of the system is higher than that of sodium chloride,and when the addition amount increases until the adiabatic temperature of the system is lower than 2600 K,the ability of magnesium oxide to reduce the adiabatic temperature of the system is in turn lower than that of sodium chloride.The results show that single-phase tungsten carbide powder can be prepared by self-propagating high-temperature synthesis in Mg-WO_(3)-C system.
