摘　　要：目的 了解南宁市华支睾吸虫病感染状况,为制定华支睾吸虫病防治策略提供科学依据。方法 对2016-2020年到广西疾控中心门诊部就诊患者采集大便,采用PARATEST ECO液基寄生虫检测试剂盒进行华支睾吸虫卵检查。结果 共检测大便标本17 255份,华支睾吸虫感染率为30.66%(5 290/1 255),其中男性感染率为36.90%(3 236/8 769)高于女性感染率为24.20%(2 054/8 486)(P<0.01)。感染率以41~50岁组最高,为36.31%(1 620/4 462),不同年龄组感染率差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。春季感染率最低为28.86%(1 107/3 836),夏季感染率最高为33.49%(1 649/4 924),不同季节华支睾吸虫感染率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论 2016-2020年南宁市华支睾吸虫感染呈下降趋势,但感染率仍较高,且存在季节性和人群性。Objective To understand the infection status of Clonorchiasis sinensis in Nanning city, so as to provide scientific basis for formulating the control strategies of Clonorchis sinensis. Methods Stool samples of patients who visited the outpatient department of Guangxi CDC from 2016 to 2020 were examined for Clonorchiasis sinensis eggs using PARATEST ECO liquid-based parasite detection kit. Results A total of 17 255 stool samples were examined, and the infection rate of Clonorchiasis sinensi was 30.66%(5 290/1 255),among which the infection rate in men was 36.90%(3 236/8 769) and that in women was 24.20%(2 054/8 486)(P<0.01).The highest infection rate was 36.31%(1 620/4 462) in the 41-50 age group, and the difference of infection rate among different age groups was statistically significant(P<0.01).The lowest infection rate in spring was 28.86%(1 107/3 836),and the highest was 33.49%(1 649/4 924) in summer.The difference of Clonorchiasis sinensi infection rate among different seasons was statistically significant(P<0.01). Conclusion The infection rate of Clonorchiasis sinensi in Nanning city showed a declining trend during 2016-2020,but the infection rate is still high, and there are seasonal and demographic characteristics.
