摘 要:为研究回流孔位置及面积对立式自吸泵性能的影响,根据以往研究得出的经验公式,自隔舌起沿叶轮旋转方向旋转不同角度,在蜗壳侧面设计了15种回流孔位置方案,在200°处设计了10种回流孔面积方案.采用Realizable k-ε湍流模型对各设计方案进行了全流域数值计算.计算结果显示:设计工况下,回流孔位置对立式自吸泵效率的影响在2.1%以内,对扬程的影响在5.3%以内;回流孔面积对立式自吸泵效率的影响在2.8%以内,对扬程的影响在3.4%以内.在泵正常工作阶段,回流孔外侧气液分离室中的流体速度很小,基本静止,类似于静压墙的流体阻断了蜗壳内部流体的外泄漏,减少了立式自吸泵内部能量的损耗.在立式自吸泵正常工作阶段,回流孔位置及面积对水力性能的影响较小.To study the influence of reflux hole position and area on the performance of vertical self-priming pump,15 reflux hole position schemes were designed on the side of volute,and 10 reflux hole area schemes were designed at 200° by rotating at different angles along the direction of the impeller starting from the tongue according to the empirical formula obtained from previous studies.The Realizable k-ε turbulence model was used to calculate the whole basin. Calculation results show that under the design condition,the influence of the position of reflux hole on the efficiency of the vertical self-priming pump is less than 2.1%,and the influence on the head is less than 5.3%.The effect of the reflux hole area on the efficiency of the vertical self-priming pump is less than 2.8%,and the effect on the head is less than 3.4%.In the normal working stage of the pump,the fluid velocity in the gas-liquid separation chamber outside the reflux hole is very small,basically static. The fluid similar to the static pressure wall blocks the leakage of the fluid inside the volute,and reduces the internal energy loss of the vertical self-priming pump.For the normal working stage of the vertical self-priming pump,the position and area of the reflux hole have little influence on its hydraulic performance.
