摘  要:以杨木屑为原料,采用去离子水对其进行洗涤预处理;在不同温度下,采用立式热解炉对0.5 mol/L盐酸和0.5 mol/L乙酸处理的样品进行催化热解,探究预处理和催化热解共同作用对热解产物的影响.结果表明:预处理前的产油率为43.75%,0.5 mol/L盐酸处理后的产油率为49.15%,0.5 mol/L乙酸处理后的产油率为48.23%.预处理后热解油中酸类、酮类、酚类等物质减少,糖类(特别是左旋葡聚糖)显著提高.在催化热解过程中,酸处理杨木屑在加入ZSM-5催化剂后产生更多的芳香烃,并显著减少酸类、酮类等含氧化合物.另外,随着催化温度的提高,酸处理样品的产油率逐渐减少,气体产率逐渐增加.研究结果为生物质的高效利用提供数据支持.Poplar sawdust was washed and pretreated with deionized water.At different temperatures,the samples treated with0.5 mol/L hydrochloric acid and 0.5 mol/L acetic acid were catalytically pyrolyzed in a vertical pyrolysis furnace to explore the effects of pretreatment and catalytic pyrolysis on the pyrolysis products.The results show that the oil production rate before pretreatment is 43.75%,and that after 0.5 mol/L hydrochloric acid treatment is 49.15%.The oil yield after 0.5 mol/L acetic acid treatment was 48.23%.After pretreatment,the acids,ketones,phenols and other substances in the pyrolysis oil were reduced,and the sugars(especially l-glucan)were significantly increased.In the process of catalytic pyrolysis,acid treated poplar sawdust produced more aromatic hydrocarbons and significantly reduced acids,ketones and other oxygen-containing compounds after adding ZSM-5 catalyst.In addition,the results can provide data support for the efficient utilization of biomass.
