摘 要:本文采用赛鲁卡原理,探讨了温度对板材固化时间的影响,固化压力、保压时间对板材粘接强度的影响,最终将PVC树脂与废旧塑料结皮共挤发泡生产车厢板,解决了发泡板材强度不高、耐温低、弹性模量小、刚性差及不耐划的问题,用此板材制作的车厢综合物理性能显著提高,应用潜力大。The influence of temperature on the curing time of the board, the effect of curing pressure and pressure holding time on the bonding strength of the board were discussed, and finally the PVC resin and the waste plastic crust were co-extruded and foamed to produce the carriage board, which solves the problems of low strength, low temperature resistance, small elastic modulus, poor rigidity and scratch resistance of the foamed sheet. The comprehensive physical properties of the carriage made of this sheet are significantly improved, and the application potential is great.
