摘 要:热解农林废弃生物质转化为生物油作为工业燃料和化学品的原料已成为化石燃料替代的可靠途径。生物油中包含高含氧量馏分,这些物质会降低生物油燃料的性能。研究发现,催化剂可以通过选定键裂解反应(如脱氧、裂解、脱羰基和其他反应)提高生物油的燃烧热值等性能。本文阐述了多种催化农林废弃生物质热解的酸碱催化剂的最新研究进展,以期为我国农林废弃生物质催化热解技术的发展提供理论支持。With the decrease of fossil fuels, people want to convert agricultural and forestry waste biomass into biooil to be used as raw materials for industrial fuels and chemicals through pyrolysis. However, bio-oils contain high oxygen fractions, which can degrade the performance of bio-oil fuels. It has been found that the catalyst can improve the calorific value of the bio-oil by selecting the bond cracking reactions, such as deoxidation, cracking, decarbonylation and other reactions. Therefore, catalytic pyrolysis of biomass is a reliable way to produce high quality pyrolysis fuels and chemical precursors. In this paper, the latest research progress of various acid-base catalysts for the pyrolysis of agricultural and forestry waste biomass is reviewed, which can provide theoretical support for the development of catalytic pyrolysis technology of agricultural and forestry waste biomass in China and realize the resource utilization of biomass more quickly.
