摘 要:乌鲁瓦提水库自投入运用以来库区淤积严重,为了延缓水库淤积、保障水库运行安全,针对水库排沙运用指标及排沙设施闸门调度两个关键问题开展研究。分析了乌鲁瓦提水库实际运用水位、排沙设施闸门调度运用情况,以及汛期水库淤积严重的原因,基于水库冲淤量年内分布特征、水库冲淤与入库流量及运用水位关系,提出了有利于水库排沙的控制指标,即当入库流量大于200 m^(3)/s时,可以降低水库运用水位至1 924.00 m进行排沙运用。结合排沙设施闸门分流特征,从保证水库排沙同时兼顾发电的角度,拟定了闸门调度运用方案,进一步采用二维数学模型计算分析了不同方案下库区的冲淤情况及坝前流场分布情况,提出了排沙设施闸门调度运用方式,即在水库进行排沙运用时,尽量通过泄洪排沙洞排沙,并使其分流比达到90%以上,可以取得高效的排沙效果。Wuluwati reservoir is seriously silted up since its operation.In order to postpone reservoir siltation and ensure reservoir operation safety,research is carried out on two key problems of reservoir sand discharge operation index and sand discharge facility gate operation.This paper analyzed actual operation water level and regulation condition of sand discharge facilities gate of Wuluwati Reservoir.Based on inter-annual characteristics of reservoir scouring and silting,relationship between reservoir sedimentation and inflow,relationship between reservoir sedimentation and operation water level,the control indexes for reservoir sediment discharge are proposed.When the inflow is greater than200 m^(3)/s,the water level of reservoir should be reduced to 1 924.00 m for discharging sand.Combined with the diversion characteristics of sediment discharge facilities gate,moreover,sediment discharge and power generation are considered simultaneously,the operation schemes of gate scheduling are drafted.Further more,the scouring and silting situation and flow field distribution in front of dam of the reservoir under different schemes is calculated and analyzed by two-dimensional mathematical model.Finally,the regulation operation mode of sand discharge facilities gate is proposed.When the reservoir is carrying out sand discharge operation,the flood discharge tunnel should be opened and water diversion ratio of the sluice gate should be more than 90%,and efficient sediment discharge effect can be achieved in that case.
