西南地区乡镇共墙建造砖混结构房屋典型震害与结构性能改进措施

摘　　要：多年来,西南地区龙门山断裂带发生多次破坏性地震,影响范围较广,导致该地区乡镇居民有大量带震害损伤共墙建造砖混结构房屋留存使用,此类建筑结构使用安全问题需高度关注。通过对该地区乡镇常见共墙建造砖混结构房屋的结构特征及建造技术进行探讨,开展该类型房屋承重墙、预制楼板、楼梯、附属结构典型震害、修复与使用情况调查分析,总结典型共墙建造砖混结构房屋的破坏特点,提出该类型房屋抗震能力评估方法及结构性能改进措施建议。Over the past years,many destructive earthquakes have occurred in the Longmenshan Fault Zone in south-west China,which have been affecting a wide range of districts.There are a large number of brick-concrete houses with common walls,which have many earthquake damages in this township districts,and caused continuous attention to the safety of buildings.In this paper,the structural characteristics and construction technology of brick-concrete houses with common walls in townships area are discussed,and the typical earthquake damages,the repairation technologies and the service conditions of load-bearing walls,precast floors,stairs and auxiliary structures of this type of houses are investigated and analyzed,and the damage characteristics of brick-concrete houses with common walls are briefly ana-lyzed.The evaluation method of seismic capacity of this type of building and suggestions for improving structural per-formance are proposed.
