攀枝花学院大一学生新冠疫苗接种意愿调查及干预研究

摘　　要：目的通过对攀枝花学院大一学生接种新冠疫苗的意愿及其影响因素开展调查及初步干预研究,为在大学生群体中开展新冠疫苗接种工作提供重要参考信息。方法采用方便抽样法选取攀枝花学院文、理、医3类专业共359名大一学生作为研究对象,对其开展平行对照的问卷调查及干预。结果97.21%的大一学生认同接种疫苗是防控疫情的重要手段,78.27%的大一学生表示愿意接种新冠疫苗。“是否认同接种新冠疫苗是防控新冠疫情重要手段”“专业”是影响研究对象疫苗接种的因素(均P<0.05)。“担心接种副作用”“怀疑疫苗的效果”是导致接种犹豫的主要原因。短期、单一的干预形式对接种意愿影响效果不明显。结论攀枝花学院大一学生对新冠疫苗接种的意愿仍有较大提升空间,建议学校推动开展更多形式的新冠疫苗接种相关宣传活动。Objective Through the investigation and preliminary intervention study on the willingness of panzhihua University freshmen to vaccinate against COVID-19 and its influencing factors,it provides important reference information for carrying out COVID-19 vaccination among college students.Methods A total of 359 freshmen majoring in arts,science and medicine in Panzhihua University were selected by random sampling method to carry out a parallel control questionnaire survey and intervention.Results 97.21%of college students agreed that vaccination was an important means to prevent and control the epidemic.78.27%of freshmen expressed their willingness on COVID-19 vaccination.Whether to agree that the COVID-19 vaccines vaccine is an important means to prevent and control the COVID-19 vaccines epidemic and the major is factors affecting the willingness on COVID-19 vaccination(P<0.05).Worrying about the side effects of vaccination and doubting the effect of vaccine are the main reasons for vaccination hesitation.The effect on vaccinating willingness based on short-term,single form of intervention is not obvious.Conclusion There is still much room in improving the willingness on COVID-19 vaccination in freshmen of Panzhihua University.It is suggested that schools should promote more forms of publicity activities on COVID-19 vaccination.
