摘  要:由于苯胺类废水具有COD浓度高、含盐高等特点,且在处理过程中会生成苯胺类衍生物,抑制有机物的降解,导致采用活性污泥法等传统生化工艺处理后仍难以达到排放标准。采用三维电解耦合光催化技术处理苯胺废水的实验,主要包括溶胶凝胶法制备活性炭负载Zn掺杂改性TiO_(2)颗粒电极,并采用XRD、SEM、BET、FTIR对其晶体结构、表面性能、电化学性能进行表征,以获得最优运行参数。结果表明:在原水TOC浓度为10400 mg/L的前提下稀释4倍,pH值为5,Zn的掺杂量为0.4%,反应时长为120 min的条件下,苯胺废水的TOC去除率最高,达到81.2%。Because aniline wastewater has the characteristics of high COD concentration and high salt content,and aniline derivatives will be generated in the treatment process to inhibit the degradation of organic matter,which makes it difficult to meet the discharge standard by traditional biochemical processes such as activated sludge process.In this study,three-dimensional electrolytic coupling photocatalytic technology is used to treat aniline wastewater,it mainly includes the preparation of activated carbon supported Zn modified TiO_(2)particle electrode by sol-gel method,and the crystal structure,surface and electrochemical properties of XRD electrode are characterized by XRD,SEM,BET and FTIR.The results showed that the TOC removal rate of aniline wastewater reached 81.2%after 120 minutes under the conditions of raw water TOC concentration of 10400 mg/L,pH value of 5,zinc doping amount of 0.4%and aniline wastewater dilution of 4 times.
