摘  要:针对重整装置PSA单元存在的氢气回收率低问题,拟利用装置现有的再接触工艺,从PSA尾氢出口引一路流程至再接触,在高压低温条件下进一步回收尾氢中的氢气,同时增产液化气和戊烷油。提高了PSA的氢气回收率,延长了PSA吸附剂的使用周期,降低了换剂成本。此外,将原本并入燃料气管网的尾氢循环回收,得到价格更高的氢气、液化气和戊烷油,每年的生产净利润可增加约652.88万元,经济效益显著。In view of the low hydrogen recovery rate in the PSA unit of the CCR, the PSA tail gas optimization and utilization technical transformation project intends to use the existing re-contact process of the device to further recover the hydrogen in the tail gas under high pressure and low temperature conditions, while increasing the production of liquefied gas and pentane oil. Through this technical transformation project, from the PSA tail gas outlet to the re-contact process, the hydrogen recovery rate of the PSA is increased, and the life cycle of the PSA adsorbent is extended, and the replacement cost is reduced. In addition, the more expensive hydrogen, liquefied gas and pentane oil are obtained by recycling the tail hydrogen that was originally incorporated into the fuel gas pipeline network.After calculating the economic benefits, the annual net profit of production can increase by about 6,528,800 yuan, which is a huge economic benefit.
