摘 要:湿式电除尘器采用喷淋的方式清洁电场内部各构件,存在冲洗死区、冲洗距离较短、水流冲击力小等问题,在复杂工况下极易造成极板积灰,影响除尘效果。文章针对传统喷淋问题,提出了喷嘴选型、设计可移动喷淋系统、增加分水角钢的改进措施,并通过小试实验验证了改进后的喷淋系统效果,为今后湿式电除尘在实际项目中的应用提供借鉴。The internal components of the electric field in the wet electrostatic precipitator is cleaned by spraying. There are usually some problems, such as flushing dead zone, short flushing distance, small water flow impact, etc. Under complex working conditions, it is very easy to cause dust accumulation on the electrode plate and affect the dust removal effect. Aiming at the problem of traditional spraying, this paper puts forward the improvement measures of nozzle selection, design of movable spraying system and increase of water separation angle steel, and verifies the effect of the improved spraying system through small-scale test, so as to provide reference for the application of wet electrostatic precipitator in practical projects in the future.
