摘  要:目的 研制部队饮水卫生监管信息系统,初步建成全军饮水卫生监管工作信息化平台。方法 在充分调研军队卫生信息化建设现状、梳理各级各类用户业务需求基础上,根据国家军队法规标准,建立标准化业务流程、数据流程和分析模型,编制软件需求并组织开发调试。结果 系统数据库依托军事综合信息网远程集中部署,已上线试用,用户可分权共管、分级共享数据资源,使用饮用水源水质信息管理、查询统计、分析评估等功能。结论该系统可作为军队各级卫生部门和疾病预防控制机构的饮用水业务管理平台,并可支撑军队上下贯通的水源信息管理需求,为我军平战时的水源水质评估、卫生整治、风险预警、应急供水等卫勤保障提供决策支持。Objective To develop a PLA hygienic surveillance and control system for drinking water,and tentatively build an information platform. Methods Based on a thorough investigation of military health service information systems in use and on requirements of customers of various types and at different levels,a set of standards and protocols was established in line with the related regulations of PLA on hygiene,which was composed of models for workflow,function,and information management. Specifications about software requirements were formulated and the system was developed by a qualified software company. Results The system database was remotely centralized and deployed on the military integrated information network. Users can retrieve information about sources of drinking water under permission and utilize the functions of water quality information management,query,statistics,analysis and evaluation. Conclusion The system has been released online,so it can be used by military health administrations and agencies for disease prevention and control. It will meet the demand of water information management of armed forces,and facilitate decision-making related to drinking water.
