摘  要:目的 研究建立大动物氦氧潜水实验中加压舱内气体环境的控制方法。方法 遵照模拟潜水基本要求,采用自动操控系统控制压力,使用特定氧浓度的混合气和小量补氧维持氧分压,吸收剂主动吸附清除二氧化碳,舱内空调维持温度,雾化或补水维持湿度。同时采用套舱减少氦氧混合气用量并提高环境控制的精准度。结果 自动操控系统可根据设定的高气压暴露方案精准实现加压、稳压和减压过程,氧分压、二氧化碳分压、温湿度均能有效控制在目标范围。结论 该研究建立的方法符合大动物氦氧模拟潜水实验要求。Objective To establish a method for control of the gas environment in a hyperbaric chamber for large animals in simulated heliox diving experiments. Methods As required by simulated diving,an automatic control system was adopted to control the pressure. A mixture of gases at specified oxygen concentrations and a small amount of oxygen replenishment were used to maintain the partial pressure of oxygen. Active absorbance was adopted to remove carbon dioxide,the cabin air conditioning was used to maintain the temperature,and atomization or water replenishment was used to maintain the humidity. At the same time, "a chamber inside a chamber" was adopted to reduce the consumption of heliox and improve the accuracy of environmental control. Results The automatic control system could accurately accomplish pressurization,stabilization and decompression according to the set exposure profile.The partial pressure of oxygen,partial pressure of carbon dioxide,temperature and humidity could be effectively controlled within the target range.Conclusion The method established in this study conforms to the requirements of heliox simulation diving experiments for large animals.
