论马克思消费理论的两个维度及其现实意义

摘　　要：中国特色社会主义进入新时代,我国经济发展从高增长转向高质量发展阶段。扩大内需,发挥消费对经济增长的拉动作用既是我国转向高质量发展阶段的重要目标,也是满足人民日益增长的美好生活需要的必然要求。新时代,马克思的消费理论对推动我国经济高质量发展具有重要的指导意义。从社会再生产运动与满足个人需要两个维度深入认识马克思的消费理论,分析消费在其中的特殊地位与特殊属性。以此为基础,提出通过加快形成以国内大循环为主体、国内国际双循环相互促进的新发展格局,为社会再生产顺利实现创造条件,发挥消费对经济增长的拉动作用;通过全面实现消费升级,满足人民日益增长的美好生活需要,促进人的全面发展。In the new era of socialism with Chinese characteristics,China’s economy has shifted from a stage of rapid growth to a stage of high-quality development.Expanding domestic demand and giving full play to the role of consumption in driving economic growth is not only an important goal of China’s transition to a stage of high-quality development,but also an inevitable requirement to meet the people’s growing needs for a better life.Under the new situation,Marx’s consumption theory has important guiding significance for promoting China’s high-quality development.The article interprets Marx’s consumption theory from the social reproduction movement and the satisfaction of individual needs,and analyzes the special status and special attributes of consumption in it.Based on these two dimensions,taking consumption as the starting point,we further analyze the practical significance of Marx’s consumption theory in promoting high-quality development.
