摘　　要：分析分光光度法测定高塔尿基复合肥中缩二脲含量时比色液浑浊的原因,研究消除干扰的方法。在样品前处理时加入碳酸钠消除干扰后,参照GB/T 22924—2008中检测方法测定复合肥料中缩二脲,检测结果准确,满足分析检测要求。The reasons of the turbidity of colorimetric solution in the determination of biuret content in compound fertilizer by spectrophotometry are analyzed, and the methods to eliminate interference are studied.Sodium carbonate is added during sample pretreatment to eliminate interference, and then biuret in compound fertilizer is determined according to the detection method in GB/T 22924—2008, the detection results are accurate, meeting the analysis and test requirements.
