摘　　要：目前磷酸浓缩主要设备换热器基本采用石墨换热器,但石墨换热器具有强度低、充填树脂耐腐蚀性差、易发生渗漏等缺陷。介绍碳化硅材质的理化性能和碳化硅换热器的加工性能。碳化硅换热器与石墨换热器相比,具有高强度、高导热性、低渗透性、低维修率的特点,可应用于众多磷酸浓缩装置。The main equipment for phosphoric acid concentration is graphite heat exchanger which has defects such as low strength,poor corrosion resistance of filling resin and easy leakage.The physical and chemical properties of silicon carbide material and the processing properties of silicon carbide heat exchanger are introduced.Compared with graphite heat exchanger,silicon carbide heat exchanger has the characteristics of high strength,high thermal conductivity,low permeability and low maintenance rate,which can be used in many phosphoric acid concentrators.
