摘　　要：传输速度是传送带工作时需要重点监测的参数,通过在托辊固定磁片标志,采用磁电式传感器霍尔开关感应磁片经过时产生的电压脉冲数获取托辊转速,利用LabVIEW软件编程采集脉冲､计算运行时间,进而计算传送带运输速度。测量方法简单方便,在中低速传输中不丢数,测量准确。Transmission speed as key parameter for conveyor belt running should be monitored.A magnetic plate mark is fixed on the carrier roller.The magneto-electric sensor Hall switch can output voltage pulse when the magnetic plate passes.The carrier roller rotation rate can calculated by the number of voltage pulses.The pulses collection,running time and the conveyor belt transportation speed calculation can be performed by LabVIEW.This measurement method is simple and convenient.The pulse numbers don't be lost in medium and low speed transmission and the measurement value is accurate.
