摘 要:在激光能量计校准时,发现手动操作的被校件会出现少接收激光脉冲的情况,产生了时延误差,引入了新的不确定度分量。为排除时延误差对激光能量计校准的影响,本文对时延误差的产生原因和影响因素进行了分析,计算了该影响量的测量不确定度,设计了排除时延误差的方法——测定操作员时延参数法。该方法通过测量特定操作员的时延参数,通过使校准装置与操作员同步延迟,使时延误差减小了一个数量级。经试验验证,该方法能完全排除30Hz以下激光能量计校准时产生的时延误差。During the calibration of the laser energy meter,it was found that the manually operated part to be calibrated would receive less laser pulses,resulting in time delay errors and introducing new uncertainty components.In order to eliminate the influence of the delay error on the calibration of the laser energy meter,this paper analyzes the causes and influencing factors of the delay error,calculates the measurement uncertainty of the influence quantity,and designs a method to eliminate the delay error-measurement operator time delay parameter method.This method reduces the delay error by an order of magnitude by measuring the delay parameters of a specific operator,and by delaying the calibration device and the operator synchronization.It is verified by experiments that this method can completely eliminate the time delay error generated when the laser energy meter is calibrated below 30Hz.
