激光标线仪校准方法研究和不确定度分析

摘　　要：本文结合实际工作中的经验,通过分析激光标线仪的工作原理,得到了激光标线仪的几个主要误差:水平激光线水平误差、水平线倾斜误差和垂直线垂直误差,研究并设计了各个误差的校准方法,并进行了不确定度评定。Combined with the experience in practical work,by analyzing the working principle of laser marking instrument,this paper obtains several main errors of laser marking instrument:horizontal error of horizontal laser line,inclination error of horizontal line and vertical error of vertical line.The calibration methods of each error are studied and designed,and the uncertainty is evaluated.
