摘  要:“削峰平谷”成为地铁行业亟需解决的问题。本文以青岛地铁13号线为研究对象,分析客流特征,确定高峰与平峰的时间段,通过引入Logit模型模拟测算求得地铁13号线高峰阶段和平峰阶段的平均票价,将基础票价确定为平均票价的一定比例,通过计算均价率及单位出行费用内出行距离的增长情况等数据,测算得到地铁13号线高峰和平峰的票价,并以地铁13号线相邻两站之间的站间距为基础,按照“递远递减”原则,确定各站之间具体的分时票价。最后,提出建立动态灵活的调价机制、多方参与票价制定及对多种出行方式统筹安排定价等建议。"Peak Shaving and valley leveling" has become an urgent problem for the subway industry. Taking Qingdao Metro Line 13 as the research object, this paper analyzes passenger flow characteristics and determines the peak and flat peak periods. The average fare of Metro Line 13 in the peak and flat peak periods is calculated by using the Logit model. This study determines the basic fare as a certain proportion of the average fare. By calculating the average price rate and the increase in the travel distance within the unit travel cost, it calculates the peak and flat peak fares of Metro Line 13. Based on the station distance between two adjacent stations of Metro Line 13, the specific time-of-use fares between stations are determined according to "decreasing with distance." Finally, it puts forward suggestions on the establishment of a dynamic and flexible price adjustment mechanism, the participation of multiple parties in fare formulation and the overall pricing arrangement for multiple travel modes.
