摘　　要：[目的/意义]日本公共图书馆较早开展了课题解决支援服务,目前已形成一套较为成熟的服务模式。本文旨在借鉴其成功经验,引导国内公共图书馆更有效地提供信息服务,满足社会公众日益增长的信息需求。[方法/过程]系统梳理课题解决支援服务在日本的产生和发展历程,介绍其服务内容及服务实践,并结合多个典型案例分析其主要服务特色。[结果/结论]完善课题解决支援服务,需要从提升服务意识、培养专业馆员、利用地域资料、加强机构合作等方面入手,让公共图书馆真正成为支援课题解决的信息中心。[Purpose/significance]Public libraries in Japan have carried out project solving support service earlier,and now a mature service mode has been formed.This paper aims to learn from its successful experiences and guide public libraries in China to provide information services more effectively to meet the growing information needs of the public.[Method/process]This paper systematically reviews the development process of project solving support service in Japan,introduces its service content and service practice,and analyzes its main characteristics with several typical cases.[Result/conclusion]To improve the project solving support service,public libraries need to start from many aspects,such as enhancing the service awareness,cultivate professional librarians,using the regional documents and materials,and strengthening cooperation with institutions,so that the libraries can truly become the information center of project solving support.
