摘  要:基于摩擦学原理,给出了变双曲圆弧齿线圆柱(VH-CATT)齿轮在混合弹流润滑下齿面摩擦因数沿啮合线的变化规律;首先,通过建立VH-CATT齿轮的热网络模型,得到了齿轮副在啮合过程中齿轮本体的热对流矩阵和热阻矩阵;然后,基于Blok闪温理论和赫兹接触理论,建立了混合润滑状态下VH-CATT齿轮齿面闪温计算模型,得到了齿面瞬时接触温度沿啮合线的分布情况,并通过模拟仿真实验和相关参考文献对比,验证了所建立的VH-CATT齿轮齿面温度预测模型的正确性;最后,分析了传动过程中齿面接触温度对相关设计参数及工况参数的敏感性.结果表明:随着齿面粗糙度、转速和转矩的不断增大,齿轮副的齿面接触瞬时温度也随之增大,随着模数和齿宽的增大,齿轮副的齿面瞬时接触温度逐渐降低,且齿面瞬时接触温度曲线趋于平缓.Based on the principle of tribology,the variation law of friction coefficient along the meshing line of the cylindrical gear with variable hyperbolic circular-arc-tooth-trace(VH-CATT)under mixed elastohydrodynamic lubrication was given.First,by establishing the thermal network model of VH-CATT cylindrical gear,the thermal convection matrix and thermal resistance matrix of gear body during engagement were obtained.Then,based on Blok flash temperature theory and Hertz contact theory,the calculation model of VH-CATT cylindrical gear tooth surface flash temperature under mixed lubrication was established,and the distribution of instantaneous contact temperature along the meshing line was obtained.The correctness of the established VH-CATT cylindrical gear tooth surface temperature prediction model was verified by simulation experiments and relevant references.Finally,the sensitivity of tooth surface contact temperature to relevant design parameters and working condition parameters was analyzed.The results show that with the increase of tooth surface roughness,rotational speed and torque,the instantaneous contact temperature of tooth surface of gear pair also increases.With the increase of modulus and tooth width,the instantaneous contact temperature of tooth surface of gear pair gradually decreases,and the instantaneous contact temperature curve of tooth surface tends to be flat.
