摘　　要：山东青岛土山屯刘赐墓出土《堂邑元寿二年要具簿》载录诸多行政史料中,包括涉及“库兵”“库工”“楼船士”等信息。地方武备的强化,应当基于对维护治安的考虑。临淮郡堂邑县临江近海。“库兵小大廿七万三千三百六十七”的数量,可能体现出对“临淮海贼”与“江贼”的高度戒备。“楼船士”设置,是水上军事交通事业发展的证明。The Tangyi Yuanshou Ernian Yaojubo(The Complete Inventory of the Tangyi Officer of the Second Year of the Yuanshou Era)discovered from the Liu Ci’s tomb at Tushantun in Qingdao,Shandong Province,contains many administrative documents of the time.These include information on the Kubing(soldier of warehouse),Kugong(worker of warehouse)and Louchuanshi(soldier of towered ship).The enhancement of local military defense must have been out of the consideration of protecting public security in the region.Tangyi county of the Linhuai prefecture was close to rivers and the sea.The mentioning of the quantity(73,367)of warehouse soldiers in the document implies a highly alerted precaution was taken against the pirates on the sea and rivers by the local society.The establishment of the Louchuanshi(soldier of towered ship)is a clear manifestation of a developed military and transportation industry on water during the time.
