ApoA5基因rs651821位点多态性与侗族人群代谢综合征的关系研究

摘　　要：目的探讨载脂蛋白A5(ApoA5)基因rs651821位点多态性与代谢综合征(MS)的关系。方法选取2017年6月至2018年6月在湖南省通道侗族自治县某卫生院就诊的160例MS患者作为MS组,同时选取145例健康体检者作为对照组。比较2组基因型和等位基因频率分布情况,分析ApoA5基因rs651821位点单核苷酸多态性与MS的关系。结果2组临床及生化指标比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2组基因型和等位基因频率分布情况比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。TT、TC、CC基因型携带者体重指数、舒张压、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。CC基因型携带者腰围、收缩压、总胆固醇、甘油三酯水平高于TC、TT基因型携带者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。TC基因型携带者患MS的风险是TT型携带者的1.743倍(95%CI:0.843~3.604,P<0.05),CC基因型携带者患MS的风险是TT型携带者的11.508倍(95%CI:3.296~40.185,P<0.05)。结论在通道侗族自治县侗族人群中,ApoA5基因rs651821位点多态性与MS密切相关,携带CC基因型人群发生MS的风险会升高。Objective Investigate the relationship between rs651821 polymorphism of apolipoprotein A5(ApoA5)gene and metabolic syndrome(MS).Methods 160 patients with MS treated in a health center of Tongdao Dong Autonomous County,Hunan Province from June 2017 to June 2018 were selected as MS group,and 145 healthy people were selected as control group.The genotype and allele frequency distribution of the two groups were compared,and the relationship between single nucleotide polymorphism at rs651821 of ApoA5 gene and MS was analyzed.Results There were significant differences in clinical and biochemical inde-xes between the two groups(P<0.05).There were significant differences in genotype and allele frequency distribution between the two groups(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in body mass index,di-astolic blood pressure,high-density lipoprotein cholesterol and low-density lipoprotein cholesterol among car-riers of TT,TC and CC genotype(P>0.05).The waist circumference,systolic blood pressure,total cholester-ol and triglyceride levels of CC genotype carriers were significantly higher than those of TC and TT genotype carriers(P<0.05).The risk of MS in TC genotype carriers was 1.743 times higher than that in TT genotype carriers(95%CI:0.843-3.604,P<0.05).The risk of MS in CC genotype carriers was 11.508 times higher than that in TT genotype carriers(95%CI:3.296-40.185,P<0.05).Conclusion In the Dong population of Tongdao Dong Autonomous County,the rs651821 polymorphism of ApoA5 gene is closely related to MS,and the risk of MS will increase in the population with CC genotype.
