摘　　要：文章就大面积淤泥质软土地基静压预应力管桩施工技术展开研究,基于苏州博众科技有限公司厂区的预应力管桩施工研究与实践,形成了在淤泥质软土地基条件下静压预应力管桩的工艺原理,主要包括软土表层加固原理和软土压桩工艺原理,编制的施工工艺流程合理可靠,并且经过施工现场的试桩验证,实现了良好的压桩效果,保证了工程项目的施工进度和施工质量,可供类似工程参考。Based on the research and practice of prestressed pipe pile construction in the factory area of Suzhou Bozhong Technology Co.,Ltd.,this paper studies the construction technology of static pressure prestressed pipe piles for large area of silt soft soil foundation,and forms the process principle of static pressure prestressed pipe piles under the condition of silt soft soil foundation,mainly including soft soil surface reinforcement principle and soft soil pile pressing process principle.The construction process compiled is reasonable and reliable,and through the test pile verification at the construction site,a good pile pressing effect is achieved,and the construction progress and quality of the project are guaranteed,which can be used as references for similar projects.
