摘  要:为解决输水隧洞衬砌混凝土裂缝导致的工程险情隐患问题,文章通过工程调查与资料分析总结其形成原因,继而结合工程特点和主要原因,提出了环氧类材料修补技术方案及施工工艺,在博洞工程消力池底板和边墙等部位的修补施工现场,对该方案和工艺进行了验证。结果表明,环氧类材料强度大、抗冲蚀效果好、抗冻融破坏能力强、成品养护期短,并且施工完毕后能够迅速过水而不影响修补质量。通过研究形成了多功能材料的组合联用及多种修复成套技术和系统解决方案,保障了博洞工程的施工质量和效率增长,实现了工程的施工目标。In order to solve the hidden dangers of engineering caused by cracks in the lining concrete of water conveyance tunnel,this paper summarizes the causes of its formation through engineering investigation and data analysis,and then combines the characteristics and main reasons of the project to propose epoxy-based material repair technical schemes and construction process.The scheme and process are verified at the repair construction site of the bottom plate and side walls of the stilling pool of Bodong Project.The results show that the epoxy materials have high strength,good erosion resistance,strong freeze-thaw resistance,short maintenance period of finished products,and can quickly pass through water after construction without affecting the repair quality.Through the research,the combination of multi-functional materials and a variety of repairing technologies and system solutions are formed to ensure the construction quality and efficiency of Bodong project,which achieves the construction goal of the project.
