桥面吊机在广州大道新建叠合梁斜拉桥施工中的运用

摘　　要：叠合梁斜拉桥是当前广泛采用的一种桥梁建造结构形式,具有承载能力强、结构强度高、安装建设便捷等特点。在叠合梁斜拉桥建设过程中,桥面吊机是使用频率较高的一种机械设备。文章基于广州大道(天河北路-洛溪大桥)快捷化改造系统工程项目,研究了桥面吊机在该工程叠合梁斜拉桥施工中的运用,明确了桥面吊机在叠合梁斜拉桥施工过程中的选型、安装及操作要点,同时提出了桥面吊机安全操作注意事项。The composite beam cable-stayed bridge is a widely used bridge construction structure,which has the characteristics of strong bearing capacity,high structural strength,and convenient installation and construction.During the construction of the composite beam cable-stayed bridge,the bridge deck crane is a mechanical equipment with high usage frequency.Based on the rapid transformation system engineering project of Guangzhou Avenue(Tianhe North Road-Luoxi Bridge),this paper studies the application of bridge deck crane in the construction of composite beam cable-stayed bridge in this project,clarifies the selection,installation and operation points of bridge deck crane in the construction process of composite beam cable-stayed bridge,and puts forward the precautions for safe operation of the bridge deck crane.
