摘 要:随着数控机械的发展,以机械代替人工,逐步实现建筑施工自动化与智能化,是建筑工业的发展趋势。目前国内盾构管片预制生产主要采用的是自动化生产线,实际上只是由运送装置将模具送至各工位的流水线,各工位主要依然为人工操作,自动化程度较低。为实现管片生产过程振动工序的自动控制、智能控制,文章对模具附着式风振口自动插拔技术进行研究,对比分析了红外传感技术自动寻找模具插拔和机械定位孔技术柔性插入,经过对二者的原理研究及应用调试,得出目前工业体系可通过应用机械定位孔技术达到自动插拔振动器应用效果的结论。With the development of numerical control machinery,the replacement of labor by machinery and the gradual realization of automation and intelligence in building construction is the development trend of the construction industry.At present,the automatic production line is mainly used for the prefabrication of shield segments in China.In fact,it is only an assembly line that sends the mold to each station by the conveying device.Each station is still mainly operated manually,and the degree of automation is low.In order to realize the automatic control and intelligent control of the vibration procedure of the segment production process,this paper studies the automatic insertion and extraction technology of the mould attached wind vibration port,and compares and analyzes the infrared sensing technology to automatically find the mold insertion and extraction and the mechanical positioning hole technology for flexible insertion.After the principle research and application debugging of the two technologies,it is concluded that the current industrial system can achieve the application effect of automatic insertion and extraction of the vibrator by applying the mechanical positioning hole technology.
