摘 要:文章研究进行了四点弯曲小梁疲劳试验,分析了不同油石比、集料级配、集料类型及填料性质等因素对环氧沥青混合料这一常用钢桥面铺装材料疲劳性能的影响。试验结果表明,采用细级配的环氧沥青混合料的疲劳性能更好,适当提高油石比有助于减少混合料内部的空隙,减缓疲劳荷载下微裂缝的发展,从而提高环氧沥青混合料的疲劳性能;相比于石灰岩矿粉的环氧沥青混合料,辉绿岩粉料颗粒的粒径更小、比表面积更大,其粉料颗粒与沥青的黏附性更好,因此采用辉绿岩粉料的环氧沥青混合料的疲劳性能更好。In this paper,the four point bending trabecular fatigue test was carried out,and the influence of different oil-stone ratio,aggregate gradation,aggregate type and filler properties on the fatigue performance of epoxy asphalt mixture,a common steel bridge deck pavement material was analyzed.The test results show that the fatigue performance of epoxy asphalt mixture with fine gradation is better,and the appropriate increase of oil-stone ratio helps to reduce the internal voids of the mixture,slow down the development of micro-cracks under fatigue load,so as to improve the fatigue performance of epoxy asphalt mixture.Compared with the epoxy asphalt mixture with limestone powder,the diabase powder has smaller particle size,larger specific surface area,and better adhesion with asphalt.Therefore,the fatigue performance of epoxy asphalt mixture with diabase powder is better.
